4. Vastu & Puja Travel Engagement Policy
• Local visits may be possible during school holidays or long breaks.

5. Digital Puja Delivery & Proof Policy
• For all online pujas: live Zoom links, puja video clips, photos, or WhatsApp sankalpa recordings will be provided.
• In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours due to sacred timing constraints.
• We ensure every puja is performed authentically and documented.

7. Transparent Pricing & Fair Service Policy
• Puja fees are calculated based on puja duration, samagri, dakshina, and priest seniority.
• There are no hidden costs. Premium or urgent slots are optional and clearly marked.
• Once sankalpa is done, refunds are not issued. Rescheduling is allowed once if informed early.

8. Website Usage & Anti-Abuse Policy
• Users may not copy mantras, software, texts, videos, or images without permission.
• Any abusive behaviour towards our priests, staff, or systems will result in permanent ban.
• We reserve the right to block users who misuse our sacred platform.

9. Client Testimonials & Public Reviews Policy
• Client reviews, videos, or photos are shared only with your written consent.

• Refunds are not available for last-minute cancellations unless emergency-proofed.

• They must not be used for legal or financial decisions without expert backup.
• Client retains all responsibility for life decisions taken.

17. Online Payment Failure & Gateway Security Policy
• We use secure platforms like Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, Bank Transfer.
• Any payment issues (duplicate charge, failure) will be resolved within 48 working hours.
• Siddhavaani does not store card or bank details.

18. Content Licensing & Use Policy
