Puja Order & Assignment Policy

Section 1: Receiving Puja Orders from Clients
1. Puja orders will be received via:
• Official website booking through Phone Call .
• Direct walk-in at the Centre
• Siddhavaani App (coming soon)
2. Clients can request:
• Online Puja / Jaap / Anushthan (Live via video)
• Offline Puja at their home or temple
• Temple-based rituals performed on their behalf
3. Client must submit:
• Name, gotra, birth details
• Puja selection
• Preferred date
• Location (for offline puja)
Section 2: Assigning Pujas to Registered Pandits
4. Once a puja is confirmed it will be assigned to a registered Pandit based on:
• Geographic location (for offline puja)
• Expertise in that specific puja
• Availability on the desired date
• Client language or culture preference (if any)
5. Assignment will be sent to the Pandit via:
• Official WhatsApp group or admin message
• Personal call/message from centre coordinator
6. Pandit must confirm within 1 hour of receiving assignment. Delay in response may result in the puja being reassigned.
Section 3: Puja Fees, Payments & Commission
7. All Puja Fees are pre-decided and our coordinator will inform to both Priest and Client
8. Clients will pay full amount after their successful completion of puja
direct cash/UPI to Pandit with written approval
9. Pandit Honorarium (Fees to Pandits):
• 95% of puja amount is paid to the assigned Pandit (based on puja type and involvement)
• 5% is retained by Shri Ishaneswar Astrology Research Centre for:
Administrative cost
• Booking platform & maintenance
• Online support
• Materials/logistics are only responsible of clients to provide
10. Payments to Pandits are made:
• Upon submission of photo/video proof and completion report
Section 4: Rules for Pandits While Performing Assigned Pujas
11. Pandits must perform the puja in full vidhi and sincerity as per Vedic rules.
12. Pandits must:
• Wear clean traditional attire (dhoti-uttariya or saffron robe)
• Use proper Sanskrit mantras only
• Maintain calm, respectful, and spiritual behavior with the client
• Never demand additional dakshina or gifts from client directly
13. If puja is online:
• The Pandit must ensure strong internet, clear audio/video, proper setup
• Start puja at the exact scheduled time
14. If puja is offline:
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before puja time
• Carry all personal items needed (kundli, mala, astrological notes)
• No interference or arguments at the client’s premises
Section 5: Discipline & Blacklisting Policy
15. Any Pandit found guilty of:
• Misbehaving with clients
• Charging unauthorized fees
• Performing incorrect rituals
• Being absent without reason
will face disciplinary action:
• 1st warning – verbal and written notice
• 2nd offence – suspension for 30 days
• 3rd offence – permanent blacklisting from Siddhavaani services
16. All Pandits are expected to:
• Stay available for at least 5 pujas per month
• Respond to admin messages within 1 hour
• Update address, availability, and puja skills regularly
Section 6: Maintenance, Records & Reviews
17. All puja records will be maintained at the central office.
18. Pandits are required to:
• Submit photo/video proof of puja completion
• Provide a brief summary report (puja date, duration, mantras used)
• Accept honest feedback/rating system from clients
19. Pandits may receive:
• bonuses, or recognition badges based on performance
• Monthly or yearly rewards for top-performing priests
Final Note:
By joining www.siddhavaani.com, all Pandits agree to serve with devotion, follow traditional Vedic discipline, and work in harmony with the management and clients.
Shri Ishaneswar Astrology Research Centre reserves the right to modify these rules as needed for spiritual, operational, or legal purposes.
