Guiding Priests with Dharma, Discipline & Devotion

 Purpose:

This document outlines the rules and ethical guidelines for all Pandits/Priests associated with Shri Ishaneswar Astrology Research Centre through the platform www.siddhavaani.com. These rules ensure that the services rendered uphold Vedic integrity, customer satisfaction, and the spiritual mission of our organization.

Eligibility & Commitment
1. Only those Pandits who have filled the official application form and submitted required identity proofs are considered registered and approved.
2. All Pandits must maintain discipline, devotion, and purity in personal conduct, speech, and ritual practices.
3. Every Pandit is expected to follow traditional Vedic norms while performing pujas, anushthans, and rituals.

 Conduct & Ethics
4. Pandits must respect clients regardless of their caste, creed, background, or gender.
5. No rude behavior, harsh speech, or unethical demand will be tolerated.
6. All rituals must be performed with sincerity, punctuality, and in accordance with shastra.
7. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food, or other tamasic activities is strictly prohibited during or before any spiritual duty.
8. Sharing client details, videos, images, or addresses without consent is strictly prohibited.

Punctuality & Professionalism
9. Pandits must reach the location of puja (online or offline) on time as scheduled.
10. Any delay, absence, or rescheduling must be informed to the management or client well in advance.
11. Pandits must wear clean traditional dress (preferably dhoti-uttariya or saffron attire) while performing rituals.

 Ritual & Shastra Adherence
12. Pandits must use only authentic mantras and vidhi according to their sampradaya/shakha.
13. Shortcuts, incorrect chants, or non-Vedic practices during a booked puja are strictly forbidden.
14. Only those rituals listed in the “puja specialization” section of the form should be taken up unless approved otherwise.

 Payments and Honorarium
15. The Dakshina / Service Charges will be predefined by the management of Shri Ishaneswar Astrology Research Centre and must not be altered without permission.
16. No extra or hidden charges should be demanded from clients directly. Donations, if any, must be voluntary.
17. Payments will be processed via bank account or UPI, as per the details submitted during application.

 Communication
18. All communication with the client must be polite, spiritual, and professional.
19. In case of any conflict, complaint, or misunderstanding, the Pandit must report to the centre immediately for resolution.

 Disciplinary Action
20. Any violation of rules, complaints from clients, or disrespect to the Sanatan tradition may lead to:

• Temporary or permanent removal from the platform
• Withholding of pending honorarium
• Legal action (if necessary)

By joining the platform www.siddhavaani.com, the Pandit agrees to:
• Follow all rules and regulations mentioned above
• Serve clients with dharmic integrity and spiritual sincerity
• Represent Shri Ishaneswar Astrology Research Centre with honor and dedication
